VAT is sometimes charged on Logistics Services and Warranty Products purchased in Europe.

In most of these cases, the VAT can be refunded. Sometimes it will be required that the North American company registers for VAT in one or several of the EU countries, and it might be necessary to charge VAT to the customer of the North American company.
