Differences in VAT Fulfillment Between Standard Exports and E-commerce
Euro VAT Refund's CEO Britta Eriksson will provide an introduction to VAT as it relates to North American companies importing and selling goods through e-commerce within the EU. This webinar is part of a webinar series hosted by the U.S. Commercial Service: “Exploring European E-Commerce.” Many companies are unaware of their VAT obligations and liabilities when selling online to overseas customers. Ms. Eriksson will provide the necessary VAT registration and information allowing North American companies to legally comply, and also so that the import VAT of up to 27% does not end up as an additional cost.
